Optional Food Track for AEC
Texas Food Safety Task Force to host a Farm to Fork Summit & Workshop in conjunction with the TEHA Annual Educational Conference.

The Wednesday afternoon food safety presentations will focus on issues to be discussed and addressed during the workshop on Thursday. At the conclusion of the Wednesday presentations, attendees can decide if they want to participate in the Thursday workshop or attend the standard food safety session that will also be available on Thursday.
You can be a part of the Thursday workshop outlining strategies and ideas to improve food safety from farm to fork as part of your regular conference registration or attend the standard food safety program on Thusrday.
