Conference Information
Dates: October 14-17, 2008
Location: Omni Southpark/Austin

Setup for exhibitors can begin at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Official exhibit opening is Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. and again at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. We anticipate that exhibitors will be available during these times. Exhibitors are also welcome to be in the conference area prior to each session and during morning breaks.

Exhibits will be able to set up at 7:00 a.m. each day and take down by 3:00 p.m. each day. The area is not secure for leaving items overnight. On Wednesday evening, exhibitors are welcome to join us for an Ice Breaker starting at 6:00 p.m. This is another opportunity to visit with conference attendees.

If you are unable to exhibit with us, but would like to participate in the conference in other ways, please indicate on the form. TEHA is a qualified 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Exhibitors and industry participants are an important part of our organization and we deeply appreciate your participation in the TEHA annual educational conference.

Print the form and mail at the address listed above or fax it to Steve Berry at 972-429-9066. Please send an e-mail to Steve Berry at your earliest convenience so we may reserve your table. Space is limited to 12 exhibit tables and is available on a fist com first serve bases.
