Texas Food Safety and Defense Task Force Update
The Texas
Food Safety & Defense Task Force meets bi-annually and is
comprised of regulatory, industry, private sector, and consumer
groups. Representing TEHA on this Task Force is Past President
Sandra Long. During the summer 2006 meeting of the Task Force
discussion concerning inspections and inspection reports for food
service operations inside federal buildings was addressed. Who
performs the food service concessions inspections within federal
buildings in the State of Texas? Who has the inspection reports?
